Xmas 2024

Our cut off for Xmas delivery is Dec 15th. Orders place after this date will not be sent out until my return on week of 13 Jan.

Please read the delivery timeframes below. More info will be posted as we near Xmas.

• Current delivery timeframe is: 6-10 days for delivery to all NZ addresses. This is the total time to make your product as well as send it. Each item is made to order.
• 15-40 days for international. (I send out twice a week, not every day). Xmas delivery cutoff has passed, any international orders placed now will NOT make it in time for Xmas.

If it has not been 10 days please wait before getting in contact. 

1. JHD products are made to order, meaning we make your order from scratch individually, we do not make in bulk. International orders are sent out twice a week.

2. Delivery times are given to us by the postal, courier services. If you have any questions, please ring the service with your tracking details. You can request this from me by emailing me with your order number: juliahuyserdesign@gmail.com.
I do not do automatic tracking as my business is too small to warrant this.

3. Some countries may incur a customs or import fee. Customers are liable for all customs or import payments that may be incurred.
