ORDERS PLACED 19 Dec -4 Jan will be dispatched on the 5 Jan.

 

Below timeframes come into effect FROM 5 Jan 2026.

• Current delivery timeframe is: 6-10 days (not including public holidays) for delivery to all NZ addresses. This is the total time to make your product as well as send it. Each item is made to order. Rural orders may take longer depending on the delivery setup in your local community. 
  
  If it has not been 10 days (ex public holidays) please wait before getting in contact. 
  

• 15-40 days for international. (I send out once a week), not every day. If you would like your tracking, please get in touch.

**By choosing to purchase you are agreeing to the following:

1. JHD products are made to order, meaning we make your order from scratch individually, we do not make in bulk. International orders are sent out once a week.

2. Delivery times are given to us by the postal, courier services. If you have any questions, please ring the service with your tracking details. You can request tracking from me by emailing me with your order number: juliahuyserdesign@gmail.com.

3. Some countries may incur a customs or import fee. Customers are liable for all customs or import payments that may be incurred.
