New design for 2025 - Takahē feathers
Takahē are endemic (native) to Aotearoa New Zealand, which means they naturally live here and nowhere else in the world.
Its colours are mostly dark-blue or navy-blue on the head, neck, and underside, peacock blue on the wings. The back and inner wings are teal and green, becoming olive-green at the tail.
Takahē represent strength, growth and resilience.
Made in New Zealand, a rugged land of snowy mountains, flowing rivers, enchanting forests and extraordinary beaches, with the best that nature has to offer.
