NZ courier residential - $8.90 NZ-wide. 

NZ Rural or RD addresses - $14.80 Allow an extra 3 days for delivery.

To be safe, please allow at least 7 working days for your order to arrive, from the date you order. We make your order from scratch. If your order is urgent, please email me and I will try to get it made sooner. 

Important notes: You may email me to request your tracking details, and follow the instructions on the email very carefully. 

Rising fuel costs: with the recent rise in fuel costs the courier companies have increased their fuel surcharge fees, therefore as of July 2022, we have had to increase our courier costs accordingly.

**By choosing to purchase and get your parcel sent internationally you are agreeing to the following:

1. JHD products are made to order, meaning we make your order from scratch individually, we do not make in bulk. International orders are sent out twice a week.

2. Delivery times are given to us by the postal, courier services. If you have any questions, please ring the service with your tracking details. Due to COVID / Omicron the International courier service may be running slower than normal. Please check the NZpost website for information about delays.

3. Some countries may incur a customs or import fee. Customers are liable for all customs or import payments that may be incurred.
